    摘要:

    目前,在運載火箭領(lǐng)域,給箭上控制系統、測量系統和電磁閥火工品負載各提供一塊電池供電,電池故障會(huì )導致箭上電氣系統工作異常,嚴重時(shí)甚至導致任務(wù)失敗等災難性后果; 鋰電池具有高能儲存密度、使用壽命長(cháng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),正在取代傳統鋅銀電池應用于運載領(lǐng)域;針對運載火箭領(lǐng)域電池電源無(wú)冗余的問(wèn)題,對鋰電池故障診斷進(jìn)行研究;根據鋰離子單體電池SOC估算結果作為電池故障診斷的依據;采用EKF算法提高鋰離子單體電池SOC估算的精度;根據故障診斷結果通過(guò)電池組拓撲重構完成故障單體電池智能切換,建立了運載火箭供電能源冗余管理系統;經(jīng)仿真測試滿(mǎn)足工程應用要求,提高了運載火箭領(lǐng)域電池的可靠性、安全性與容錯能力,對提高運載火箭可靠性安全性有重大意義。

    Abstract:

    Currently, the launch vehicle provides one battery pack to each of them to supply power for the control system, measurement system, electromagnetic valve and explosive device load.Battery pack failure will lead to abnormal operation of the electrical system on the launch vehicle, and even lead to disastrous consequences such as mission failure in severe cases. Lithium battery pack is replacing traditional zinc-silver battery pack in launch vehicle fields, which has the advantages of high-energy storage density and long performance life. Aiming at the problem of no redundancy of battery power supply in launch vehicle field, the fault diagnosis of lithium battery is studied.According to the estimated result of SOC of lithium battery is used as the basis of battery fault diagnosis. The EKF algorithm is used to improve the estimation accuracy of SOC of lithium-ion battery; According to the fault diagnosis results, the intelligent switching of the failed single battery is completed through the topology reconfiguration of the battery pack, and the power supply redundant management system of launch vehicle is established.The simulation test meets the requirements of engineering application, and improves the reliability, safety and fault tolerance of the battery, which is of great significance for improving the reliability and safety of the launch vehicle.
