    摘要:

    為實(shí)現大規模退役鋰電池的梯次利用,需要快速測量鋰電池的健康狀態(tài)。基于EIS的低頻阻抗測量不僅耗時(shí)長(cháng),而且針對電池等效電路的還需要做復雜的參數估計,因此,建立了鋰電池擴散過(guò)程健康因子與低頻阻抗的關(guān)系,結合擴散過(guò)程健康因子和鋰電池直流內阻以快速評估鋰電池健康狀態(tài)。其次,設計和構建快速測量系統以測量低頻阻抗和直流內阻。實(shí)驗結果表明,可通過(guò)測量擴散過(guò)程健康因子和直流內阻判斷鋰電池健康狀態(tài),測量過(guò)程僅需花費三分鐘的時(shí)間,而且準確性較高,快速測量系統可應用于各個(gè)實(shí)際的工業(yè)現場(chǎng),實(shí)現了集快速性、準確性、經(jīng)濟性于一體的目標。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the echelon utilization of large-scale decommissioned lithium batteries, it is necessary to quickly measure the state of health(SoH) of lithium batteries. Low frequency impedance measurement based on electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS) is not only time-consuming, but also requires complex parameter estimation for the equivalent circuit of the battery. Therefore, the relationship between health factor in the diffusion process of lithium battery and the low frequency impedance of lithium battery was established. Health factor in the diffusion process of lithium battery and the direct current(DC) internal resistance of lithium battery were combined to rapidly evaluate the state of health of lithium batteries. In addition, design and build a rapid measurement system for measuring low frequency impedance and DC internal resistance. Experimental results show that health factor in the diffusion process and DC internal resistance can be measured to judge SoH of lithium battery.The measurement process only spend three minutes, and the measurement accuracy is high. The rapid measurement system can be applied to all practical industrial sites, which realized the goal of quickness, accuracy and economy.
