    摘要:

    BAS系統(機電設備監控系統)主要完成車(chē)站內的機電設備如空調機組、新風(fēng)換氣機、送/排風(fēng)機、風(fēng)幕機、潛污泵、電/扶梯、風(fēng)冷熱泵等設備的自動(dòng)監視、控制和管理。為了更好地優(yōu)化BAS系統的可視化界面設計、提高監控質(zhì)量,以達到節能、安全、提高管理水平的目的,本設計將NB-IoT技術(shù)、 Oceanconnect云平臺設計及嵌入式技術(shù)綜合融入到BAS系統中,實(shí)現遠程監管各個(gè)站內數據并實(shí)時(shí)控制各站內設備以應對突發(fā)情況。本系統采用STM32作為微控制器,設計溫濕度及光照總控中心和調控節點(diǎn)電路,總控中心通過(guò)NB-IoT無(wú)線(xiàn)通信模塊組網(wǎng)與各安裝在站內的多個(gè)調控節點(diǎn)進(jìn)行指令下發(fā)和數據上報的雙工通信,將通過(guò)各節點(diǎn)的溫濕度及光照傳感器采集到的數據經(jīng)STM32單片機處理后,通過(guò)NB-IoT無(wú)線(xiàn)通信模塊上傳至根據實(shí)際要求設計的Oceanconnect云模型中,實(shí)現總控制中心及節點(diǎn)電路的云端數據可視化及數據分析,同時(shí)還可以由上位機云端模塊直接控制各站內下位機的空調機組,換氣機污水泵等設備,以實(shí)現實(shí)時(shí)的監管與控制各站內現場(chǎng)環(huán)境。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗測試結果表明,系統可視化界面清晰簡(jiǎn)潔易操作且性能穩定可靠,能夠實(shí)現實(shí)時(shí)數據的通信分析與控制,提高車(chē)站內現場(chǎng)控制的有效性,能夠對突發(fā)情況進(jìn)行快速自動(dòng)處理。

    Abstract:

    BAS system (electromechanical equipment monitoring system) mainly completes the automatic monitoring, control and management of electromechanical equipment in the station, such as air conditioning unit, fresh air ventilator, supply / exhaust fan, air curtain machine, submersible sewage pump, elevator / escalator, air-cooled heat pump and other equipment. In order to better optimize the visual interface design of BAS system and improve the monitoring quality, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving, safety and improving the management level, Nb IOT technology, oceanconnect cloud platform design and embedded technology are integrated into BAS system to realize remote supervision of data in each station and real-time control of equipment in each station to deal with emergencies. The system uses STM32 as the microcontroller to design the temperature, humidity and light control center and control node circuit. The general control center carries out duplex communication of command distribution and data reporting with multiple control nodes installed in the station through NB IOT wireless communication module networking. After the data collected through the temperature, humidity and light sensors of each node are processed by STM32 single chip microcomputer, The Nb IOT wireless communication module is uploaded to the oceanconnect cloud model designed according to the actual requirements to realize the cloud data visualization and data analysis of the general control center and node circuits. At the same time, the upper computer cloud module can directly control the air conditioning unit, ventilator, sewage pump and other equipment of the lower computers in each station, so as to realize real-time supervision and control of the site environment in each station. The experimental results show that the visual interface of the system is clear, concise, easy to operate, stable and reliable, can realize the communication analysis and control of real-time data, improve the effectiveness of field control in the station, and can quickly and automatically deal with emergencies.
