    目前,應用重介旋流器分選過(guò)程智能控制策略、極群組破碎分離水力旋流器參數化方法局限于單參數優(yōu)化,難以控制微小尺寸變形,基于該問(wèn)題,設計了基于fluent的旋流器分級控制系統。使用開(kāi)關(guān)型交流穩壓電源,為系統提供可靠電能。利用Q941F電動(dòng)調節球閥,執行對應區間動(dòng)作。使用BST6800系列壓力變送器,實(shí)現底流流量控制。采用上裝式氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)結構,增強閥門(mén)可靠性。通過(guò)人機交互模塊,顯示執行任務(wù)。根據基于fluent的數值模擬原理,計算進(jìn)入旋流器的顆粒直徑。結合Gambit模型和網(wǎng)格劃分方法,仿真模擬分析切向速度、橫向速度和徑向速度三個(gè)方向分量分布情況。使用兩套控制輸出量調節旋流器進(jìn)料速度,獲取最佳分級尺寸,保證旋流器分級過(guò)程的穩定性。由實(shí)驗結果可知,該系統最高分級效率為98%,最低為90%,具有高效分級效果。

    Abstract:

    At present, the intelligent control strategy for the separation process of the heavy-medium cyclone and the parameterization method of the pole group crushing and separation hydrocyclone are limited to single parameter optimization, and it is difficult to control the small size deformation. Based on this problem, a fluent-based cyclone is designed. Controller hierarchical control system. Use switch-type AC stabilized power supply to provide reliable power for the system. Use Q941F electric control ball valve to perform corresponding interval actions. Use BST6800 series pressure transmitter to realize underflow flow control. The top-mounted pneumatic valve switch structure is adopted to enhance the reliability of the valve. Through the man-machine interaction module, display the execution tasks. According to the principle of fluent-based numerical simulation, the diameter of the particles entering the cyclone is calculated. Combining the Gambit model and the meshing method, simulate and analyze the distribution of tangential velocity, lateral velocity and radial velocity in three directions. Two sets of control output are used to adjust the feed speed of the cyclone to obtain the best classification size and ensure the stability of the cyclone classification process. It can be seen from the experimental results that the highest classification efficiency of the system is 98%, and the lowest is 90%, which has a highly efficient classification effect.
