    摘要:

    HL-2M 托卡馬克初始等離子體放電實(shí)驗對等離子體可視化診斷有一定的需求,其中可見(jiàn)光成像系統為關(guān)鍵診斷之一,對初始等離子體放電有著(zhù)十分重要的作用。本研究以HL-2M為平臺設計研發(fā)了一套可見(jiàn)光成像診斷采集系統,本系統具有切向與廣角兩套成像診斷,可以直觀(guān)準確地分析放電過(guò)程中的等離子體演化,包括等離子體擊穿、維持、破裂和等離子體與壁相互作用等物理現象。系統的兩套診斷通過(guò)鏡頭與傳像光纖束進(jìn)行等離子體可見(jiàn)光輻射的成像與傳輸,并以L(fǎng)umenera Lt425C相機為采集和控制核心。以遠程服務(wù)器控制本地并傳輸至數據庫為控制模式,控制軟件采用了VC++的多線(xiàn)程技術(shù)以及OpenCV軟件庫的圖像處理技術(shù),能夠進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的可見(jiàn)光圖像采集,并在放電結束后進(jìn)行圖像回放,同時(shí)系統具備色彩校準標定可以在裝置復雜情況還原裝置真實(shí)運行狀態(tài),系統具備參數配置功能,支持炮間更改參數,適應各種情況的物理實(shí)驗,并有著(zhù)一定的可移植性。本系統的開(kāi)發(fā)研制可以滿(mǎn)足HL-2M 裝置初始等離子體放電期間的運行基本要求,在HL-2M初始等離子體放電期間取得了良好的效果,為后續推廣至其他的裝置提供了解決方法。

    Abstract:

    The HL-2M Tokamak first plasma discharge experiment has certain requirements for plasma visualization diagnosis. The visible light imaging system is one of the key diagnostics, which plays a very important role in the initial plasma discharge. This research uses HL-2M as the platform to design and develop a set of visible light imaging diagnostic acquisition system. This system has two sets of imaging diagnostics, tangential and wide-angle, which can intuitively and accurately analyze the plasma evolution in the discharge process, including plasma breakdown, Sustain, rupture, and plasma interacts with the wall. The two sets of diagnostics of the system carry out the imaging and transmission of plasma visible light radiation through the lens and the image transmission fiber bundle, and use the Lumenera Lt425C camera as the acquisition and control core. The remote server controls the local and transmits to the database as the control mode. The control software adopts the VC++ multi-threading technology and the image processing technology of the OpenCV software library, which can collect real-time visible light images and perform image playback after the discharge ends. At the same time, the system With color calibration, it can restore the true operating state of the device under complex conditions. The system has a parameter configuration function, supports changing parameters between shots, adapts to physical experiments in various situations, and has a certain degree of portability. The development of this system can meet the basic requirements of the operation during the initial plasma discharge of the HL-2M device, and has achieved good results during the initial plasma discharge of the HL-2M, providing a solution for subsequent promotion to other devices.
