    摘要:

    為較好控制發(fā)動(dòng)機設備的實(shí)時(shí)轉速水平,使其在不同壓力水平下均能呈現理想化工作狀態(tài),設計基于擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器的發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速雙閉環(huán)自適應控制系統。根據雙閉環(huán)電路的集成形式,連接發(fā)動(dòng)機控制器與自適應傳感器,利用隔離驅動(dòng)芯片,更改觀(guān)測器驅動(dòng)管的作用頻率周期,完成自適應控制系統的硬件執行環(huán)境搭建。在此基礎上,深入分析擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器的內部結構,以微分跟蹤器作為切入點(diǎn),選取關(guān)鍵的ESO參數,再借助擾動(dòng)補償向量,完成對擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器的頻域參數配置,聯(lián)合相關(guān)硬件應用設備,實(shí)現基于擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器的發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速雙閉環(huán)自適應控制系統設計。實(shí)驗結果表明,在擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器作用下,發(fā)動(dòng)機元件在不同壓力水平下的實(shí)時(shí)轉速水平均能得到有效控制,可使發(fā)動(dòng)機設備保持較長(cháng)時(shí)間的穩定工作狀態(tài)。

    Abstract:

    In order to better control the real-time speed level of the engine equipment, so that it can present an ideal working state under different pressure levels, a double closed-loop adaptive control system for engine speed based on the expanded state observer is designed. According to the integrated form of the double closed loop circuit, the engine controller and the adaptive sensor are connected, and the isolated drive chip is used to change the frequency period of the observer drive tube to complete the hardware execution environment of the adaptive control system. On this basis, the internal structure of the extended state observer is deeply analyzed, the differential tracker is used as the entry point, the key ESO parameters are selected, and the disturbance compensation vector is used to complete the frequency domain parameter configuration of the extended state observer, combined with related hardware The application equipment realizes the design of the dual closed-loop adaptive control system of engine speed based on the extended state observer. The experimental results show that under the action of the expansion state observer, the real-time speed level of engine components under different pressure levels can be effectively controlled, which can keep the engine equipment in a stable working state for a long time.
