    摘要:

    隨著(zhù)航天事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,遙感衛星的發(fā)射數量越來(lái)越多,遙感衛星地面接收系統面臨著(zhù)快速、穩定的接收新發(fā)射衛星下傳數據的迫切需求。在此背景下提出了一種遙感衛星地面接收系統業(yè)務(wù)能力的評估方法,建立基于A(yíng)HP的業(yè)務(wù)能力評估指標體系。結合業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),闡述了系統單機狀態(tài)評估模型、系統業(yè)務(wù)能力評估模型并確定了各級因素的影響權重。實(shí)例分析結果表明,此評估方法能夠快速確定遙感衛星地面接收系統對于某遙感衛星數據接收業(yè)務(wù)能力狀態(tài),給出系統最小化改進(jìn)指引,對系統資源的利用及優(yōu)化提供了可行性建議。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of space industry, the number of remote sensing satellites is increasing. The remote sensing satellite ground receiving system is facing the urgent need to receive the downlink data of newly launched satellite quickly and stably. In this context, an evaluation method of the service capability of the remote sensing satellite ground receiving system is proposed. The evaluation index system of the operational capability based on AHP is established. Combined with the business characteristics, this paper expounds the system stand-alone state evaluation model and system business capability evaluation model, and determines the influence weight of factors at all levels. The example analysis results show that this evaluation method can quickly determine the operational capability status of a remote sensing satellite ground receiving system for a remote sensing satellite, and give minimization improvement guidelines for system, which provides feasible suggestions for the utilization and optimization of system resources.
