    摘要:

    為了解決現有物流調度系統低效緩慢、容錯率低的問(wèn)題,設計了基于自動(dòng)導引運輸車(chē)(Automated Guided Vechicle, AGV)和路徑規劃優(yōu)化算法的物流智能調度系統。系統搭配了AGV的物流調度硬件,又結合了路徑規劃理論,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于Petri網(wǎng)絡(luò )的智能路徑規劃算法。通過(guò)算法性能對比得知,路徑規劃算法設計了最優(yōu)調度路徑,確保了較高的準確率和工作效率。系統測試結果顯示,基于A(yíng)GVs路徑規劃的物流智能調度系統能夠在各種物流環(huán)境或者庫房基地完成調度任務(wù),很好地解決了物流企業(yè)在忙碌期的繁雜調度問(wèn)題。基于A(yíng)GVs路徑規劃的物流智能調度系統提高了物流調度的自動(dòng)化程度,保證了物流調度和道路運輸的效率,有效推動(dòng)了商業(yè)模式和市場(chǎng)規范的發(fā)展。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of inefficiency, slowness and low fault tolerance of the existing logistics scheduling system, a logistics intelligent scheduling system based on Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) and path planning optimization algorithm was designed. The system was equipped with AGV's logistics scheduling hardware, combined with path planning theory, and developed an intelligent path planning algorithm based on Petri network. Through the comparison of algorithm performance, it was known that the path planning algorithm had designed the optimal scheduling path to ensure higher accuracy and work efficiency. System test results showed that the logistics intelligent scheduling system based on AGVs path planning can complete scheduling tasks in various logistics environments or warehouse bases, and well solve the complicated scheduling problems of logistics enterprises during busy periods. The intelligent logistics dispatch system based on AGVs path planning improves the automation degree of logistics dispatch, ensures the efficiency of logistics scheduling and road transportation, and effectively promotes the development of business models and market norms.
