    當前衛星通信跟蹤控制系統對精準度的控制僅能維持在微弧度量級,跟蹤控制精度難以達到用戶(hù)要求,為了解決上述問(wèn)題,基于擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器設計一種新的衛星通信跟蹤控制系統。系統硬件主要設計了控制模塊、傳感器模塊、電源模塊與電機驅動(dòng)模塊,控制模塊的核心芯片選用SXD320F2784型號,提高處理頻率,電源芯片為T(mén)DG3320芯片,能夠保證固定電壓轉換為可調電壓,傳感器模塊通過(guò)AHRS軸向傳感器、GPS、信標機組成,確保傳感能力,利用L845N芯片設計電機驅動(dòng)模塊,增強額定電壓。引入擴張狀態(tài)觀(guān)測器,通過(guò)系統初始化、天線(xiàn)經(jīng)緯度計算、誤差比較、衛星通信信號跟蹤控制、驅動(dòng)直流電機實(shí)現軟件流程。實(shí)驗結果表明,所設計衛星通信跟蹤控制系統能夠將跟蹤精度從原來(lái)的微弧度量級提高到納弧度量級,有效提升跟蹤準確率,增強系統的干擾抑制能力,確保控制輸入峰值達到與其要求。

    Abstract:

    The current satellite communication tracking control system can only maintain the accuracy of the micro-arc measurement level, and the tracking control accuracy is difficult to meet user requirements. In order to solve the above problems, a new satellite communication tracking control system is designed based on the expanded state observer. The system hardware mainly designs the control module, sensor module, power module and motor drive module. The core chip of the control module selects the SXD320F2784 model to increase the processing frequency. The power chip is the TDG3320 chip, which can ensure that the fixed voltage is converted into an adjustable voltage, and the sensor module passes The AHRS axial sensor, GPS, and beacon machine are composed to ensure the sensing ability. The motor drive module is designed with the L845N chip to increase the rated voltage. The extended state observer is introduced, and the software process is realized through system initialization, antenna latitude and longitude calculation, error comparison, satellite communication signal tracking control, and driving DC motor. The experimental results show that the designed satellite communication tracking control system can improve the tracking accuracy from the original micro-arc metric level to the nano-arc metric level, effectively improve the tracking accuracy, enhance the interference suppression capability of the system, and ensure that the peak value of the control input meets its requirements.
