    摘要:

    線(xiàn)結構光三維視覺(jué)測量技術(shù)最關(guān)鍵的一步是提取出結構光圖像中的激光條紋中心線(xiàn)。針對動(dòng)態(tài)測量環(huán)境下激光條紋圖像存在復雜背景信息、激光光強分布不均、光帶各部分寬度差別大、激光條紋斷裂等問(wèn)題,本文研究了一種適用于動(dòng)態(tài)測量環(huán)境的激光條紋中心線(xiàn)提取方法。首先通過(guò)圖像預處理以及自適應裁剪算法提取出感興趣區域(region of interest, ROI);其次通過(guò)改進(jìn)型伽馬校正(improved gamma correction, IGC)以及改進(jìn)型變閾值大津閾值分割算法(improved variable threshold Otsu, IVT-Ostu)分割出激光條紋區域;然后使用二維灰度重心法(two-dimensional gray barycentric method, TD-GBM)提取激光條紋的初始中心線(xiàn);最終使用二次優(yōu)化算法對初始中心線(xiàn)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,精確地提取出激光條紋中心線(xiàn)。實(shí)驗結果表明,相比于灰度重心法、Steger法等算法,本文所提方法受背景干擾以及激光條紋質(zhì)量的影響較小,能夠在多種復雜情況下更精確地提取激光條紋中心線(xiàn),滿(mǎn)足準確性高、穩定性強以及實(shí)時(shí)性好的要求。

    Abstract:

    The most critical step of the line structured light three-dimensional vision measurement technology is to extract the center line of the laser stripe in the structured light image. In order to solve the problems of complex background information, uneven distribution of laser intensity, wide difference of width of different parts of light band and laser fringe fracture in dynamic environment, a method of extracting laser fringe center line suitable for dynamic environment was proposed in this paper. First, the region of interest (ROI) is extracted by image preprocessing and adaptive clipping algorithm. Secondly, the laser fringe region was segmtized by the improved gamma correction (IGC) and the improved variable threshold Otsu (IVT-Ostu). Then, the initial center line of the laser fringe is extracted by the two-dimensional gray barycentric method (TD-GBM). Finally, a quadratic optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the initial center line and extract the center line of laser fringe accurately. Experimental results show that, compared with gray gravity center method, Steger method and other algorithms, the proposed method is less affected by background interference and laser fringe quality, and can extract the center line of laser fringe more accurately in a variety of complex situations, meeting the requirements of high accuracy, strong stability and good real-time performance.
