The initial values range of the spacing of capacitor plate, the length of single-layer capacitor plate and the thickness of capacitor plate are determined. Three important structural parameters mentioned above is optimized by the orthogonal experiment method. The research results show that the image accuracy coefficient of the optimized sensor is increased by 131.20%.
