    摘要:

    隨著(zhù)裝備自主化和國產(chǎn)化要求的提高,國產(chǎn)大功率底盤(pán)傳動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系統關(guān)鍵部件(液力機械變速箱+分動(dòng)器)已成為多軸超重型底盤(pán)的標準配置,但由于裝備載重量大,大功率底盤(pán)傳動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系統關(guān)鍵部件的結構和操作復雜,對駕駛員操作要求高,在新裝備交付部隊使用的初期,往往會(huì )出現由于駕駛員操作不規范而導致的裝備使用風(fēng)險和隱患。因此,研究基于裝備對駕駛員操作數據的分析,對每種不規范操作所帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險和隱患進(jìn)行了定量研究,當達到一定限值時(shí),提示駕駛員進(jìn)行及時(shí)的檢查和維護,從而有效提高裝備的可靠性和綜合保障性。

    Abstract:

    With the increase of equipment autonomy and localization requirements, the key components of domestic high-power chassis transmission system (hydraulic mechanical gearbox + transfer case) have become more and more important. The standard configuration of the axle super-heavy chassis, but due to the large load capacity of the equipment, the structure and operation of the key components of the high-power chassis transmission system are complex, and the driver’s operation requirements are high. In the early stage of the delivery of new equipment to the army, it often appears due to driving equipment use risks and hidden dangers caused by non-standard operator operations. Therefore, the research is based on the analysis of the driver's operating data by the equipment, and quantitatively researches the risks and hidden dangers caused by each kind of irregular operation. When a certain limit is reached, the driver is prompted to perform timely inspection and maintenance, which is effective improve the reliability and comprehensive support of equipment.
