    摘要:

    針對傳統液體流量計傳感器會(huì )對管路造成損壞或阻礙液體流動(dòng)、操作安裝較為復雜的問(wèn)題,設計了一種基于時(shí)差法的便攜無(wú)損式超聲波流量測試系統,采用外夾式超聲波探頭形式,無(wú)需破壞管路系統即可實(shí)現液體流量的精確測量。本系統采用粗時(shí)間與細時(shí)間測量相結合的測量算法設計了一種基于延遲線(xiàn)內插法的FPGA高速率、高精度時(shí)間測量算法電路,最高可實(shí)現1050 Hz的測量速率;設計了信號調理校準電路,具備較強的正負增益可調性以及高信噪比輸出能力,增益可調范圍達到-23.5 dB ~ +116.5 dB;還設計了多種傳感器專(zhuān)用安裝導軌以確保其安裝精度。最后,在計量實(shí)驗室進(jìn)行了驗證測試,結果表明所設計的測試系統符合JJG1030-2007規范準確度0.5級的技術(shù)要求,準確度低于±0.5%,重復性低于0.1%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems that the traditional liquid flowmeter sensor will damage the pipeline or hinder the flow of liquid, and the operation and installation are more complicated, a portable non-destructive ultrasonic flow test system based on the time difference method is designed. The system adopts the form of external clamped ultrasonic probe, which can realize the accurate measurement of liquid flow without destroying the pipeline system. This system uses a measurement algorithm that combines coarse time and fine time measurement, and designs a FPGA high-speed, high-precision time measurement algorithm circuit based on delay line interpolation, which can achieve a measurement rate of up to 1050 Hz. A signal conditioning and calibration circuit is also designed, which has strong positive and negative gain adjustability and high signal-to-noise ratio output capability. The gain adjustable range is -23.5 dB ~ +116.5 dB. A variety of special mounting rails for sensors are also designed to ensure its installation accuracy. Finally, a verification test was carried out in the metrology laboratory, and the result showed that the designed test system meets the technical requirements of JJG1030-2007 with an accuracy of 0.5 level. The accuracy is less than ±0.5%, and the repeatability is less than 0.1%.
