    摘要:

    隨著(zhù)光纖激光器廣泛應用與快速發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競爭與成本控制不斷加強,其光電系統的控制與保護成為光纖激光應用的關(guān)鍵。為實(shí)現激光器的智能化控制和預報警保護,降低生產(chǎn)和維護成本,詳細介紹了激光器監控系統的軟、硬件設計及其測試結果。通過(guò)Visual Basic編寫(xiě)USB轉RS232的串口通訊軟件,以STM32F407ZG單片機為核心設計了激光器功率驅動(dòng)、故障保護、數據采集等硬件電路,完成PC端上位機軟件對光纖激光器功率的控制(0~100%),實(shí)現對光纖激光器泵源溫度、工作電流、工作狀態(tài)等數據的實(shí)時(shí)采集和監測。根據對300W光纖激光器輸出功率進(jìn)行測試,可得到系統光光轉換效率高達70.53%。同時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)72h整機老化后,根據測試結果可得到激光器功率輸出穩定度高達96.6%。設計已廣泛應用于切割、焊接、精密打孔、3D雕刻等工業(yè)加工領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中。

    Abstract:

    With the wide application and rapid development of fiber laser, market competition and cost control are increasingly strengthened, the control and protection of its optical and electronic system have become the key to the application of fiber laser. To achieve the intelligent control of the laser and pre-alarm protection, reduce the production and maintenance costs, a design of the software and hardware for the laser monitoring system, and its test results has been introduced in detail in this paper.The serial port communication software of USB to RS232 was programed by Visual Basic, and these hardware circuits of laser power drive, fault protection and data acquisition was designed with STM32F407ZG microcontroller as the core. The power (0 ~ 100%) of the fiber laser was controled by PC software, and these datas of pump source temperature, working current and state can be collected and monitored in real time. According to the measurement of the output power of the 300W fiber laser, the optical conversion efficiency of the system is as high as 70.53%. At the same time, the power output stability of the laser reaches 96.6% after continuously worked about 72 hours. This design has been widely used in cutting, welding, precision drilling, 3D engraving and other industrial processing fields in the actual production.
