    摘要:

    使用氣力式油菜單粒排種器、勺鏈式排種器受到漏播率高影響,導致系統檢測效果較差,為了解決上述問(wèn)題,提出了基于RS232協(xié)議的單粒排種器單片機檢測系統設計。根據單片機檢測硬件結構,使用帶有RS-232串行接口的單片機,將霍爾傳感器感應到的信號傳遞至單片機,獲取標準排種脈沖。遵循RS232協(xié)議設計的紅外線(xiàn)光電傳感器電路,確定故障排種管具體位置,設置聲光報警裝置,防止在嘈雜環(huán)境管理者聽(tīng)不到警報,避免漏播情況產(chǎn)生。設計單粒排種器粒子播種質(zhì)量檢測和漏播實(shí)時(shí)檢測流程。實(shí)驗結果表明,該系統與預期排種效果一致,且漏播率最低為0.9%,具有良好檢測效果。

    Abstract:

    The pneumatic single seed metering device and spoon chain metering device are affected by the high miss seeding rate, which leads to the poor detection effect of the system. In order to solve the above problems, a single-chip microcomputer detection system based on RS232 protocol is proposed. According to the hardware structure of single-chip microcomputer, the signal sensed by Hall sensor is transmitted to single-chip microcomputer by using single-chip microcomputer with RS-232 serial interface to obtain standard seed metering pulse. According to the RS232 protocol, the infrared photoelectric sensor circuit is designed to determine the specific location of the fault metering tube, and the sound and light alarm device is set to prevent the manager from hearing the alarm in the noisy environment and avoid the occurrence of missing broadcast. The process of single seed metering device particle seeding quality detection and missing seeding real-time detection was designed. The experimental results show that the system is consistent with the expected seeding effect, and the lowest miss seeding rate is 0.9%, which has good detection effect.
