    摘要:

    為解決現有固體火箭發(fā)動(dòng)機噴管防熱結構件粘接自動(dòng)化程度不高、生產(chǎn)效率低、人為因素影響多、粘接質(zhì)量不穩定等問(wèn)題,設計防熱結構件智能壓粘機控制系統;基于A(yíng)M5718 DSP+ARM雙核處理器開(kāi)發(fā),搭載綜合驅動(dòng)采集卡,進(jìn)行系統多軸運動(dòng)精準控制及信號精確采集,實(shí)現系統整體控制;并闡述了設計中的控制難點(diǎn)及解決思路;采用運動(dòng)控制函數跟蹤插補控制技術(shù)、壓力位移多公差窗口匹配控制技術(shù)、比例調節控制技術(shù)等,實(shí)現涂膠均勻度控制、旋轉保壓排氣控制、成型過(guò)程精準穩壓控制;經(jīng)實(shí)際應用與原有加工方式相比,加工時(shí)間縮短65%、溢膠率減少85%以上、一次粘接合格率提高25%。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the existing problems such as low automation degree, low production efficiency,human factors affecting more,and unstable bonding quality in the thermal protection structure bonding process of solid rocket motor nozzles,the measurement and control system of intelligent press glue machine for the thermal protection structure has been designed. Based on AM5718 DSP+ARM dual core processor development,combined with the interface board of servo drive and data acquisition ,the system carries out the facility controlment as a whole by processing multi-axes precision motion control and gatering high precision signal;meanwhile the controlling difficulties and solutions are elaborated; The system adopts techniques such as motion control function method by means of tracking interpolation,Multi tolerance window matching control of pressure and displacement,proportional adjustment control technology to realize coating uniformity control,etc.To realize glue coating uniformity control,rotation exhaust pressure-holding control,precision pressure control in moulding process;Compared with the original processing method, the processing time is reduced by 65%, the rate of glue overflow is reduced by more than 85%, and the qualified rate of one-time bonding is increased by 25%.
