    摘要:

    為解決當前制造系統軟件可靠性仿真測試時(shí)間長(cháng)、測試環(huán)境難以搭建等問(wèn)題,提出采用數字孿生技術(shù)與智能車(chē)間系統仿真加速測試相結合的方法。建立智能車(chē)間高保真數字孿生模型替代現實(shí)生產(chǎn)車(chē)間系統用于制造系統軟件的可靠性仿真測試,首先要構建包含產(chǎn)品、設備資源、工藝流程等系統級仿真模型。同時(shí),為仿真車(chē)間生產(chǎn)事件流程,在模型中,還需結合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況,設置設備間通信協(xié)議、通信數據以及生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)事件及隊列順序,真實(shí)模擬系統運行環(huán)境。通過(guò)構建步進(jìn)電機產(chǎn)線(xiàn)數字孿生模型,仿真加工裝配流程,運行智能車(chē)間系統軟件,采用仿真時(shí)鐘推進(jìn)機制開(kāi)展加速測試,驗證了該方法的有效性和實(shí)用性,對開(kāi)展工業(yè)系統軟件高保真快速測試評估具有一定的借鑒意義。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of long time and difficulty to set up test environment of reliability simulation test of current manufacturing system software, the method of combining digital-twin technology and simulation acceleration test is proposed. To establish the high-fidelity digital twin model of the intelligent workshop instead of the real workshop system for reliability simulation test of the manufacturing system software, the system-level simulation model including products, equipment resources and process flow should be constructed. At the same time, in order to simulate the workshop production events process, the communication protocol and communication data between devices, as well as the sequence of production line events and queues should be set according to the actual production situation to simulate the operating environment of the system. By constructing digital twin model of stepping motor production line, simulating machining assembly process, running intelligent workshop system software, and using simulation clock propulsion mechanism to accelerate testing, the effectiveness and practicability of this method are verified, which can be used for reference in the high-fidelity testing of industrial system software.
