    摘要:

    為了獲取炮彈落地前后的動(dòng)作信息,同時(shí)為了克服手動(dòng)預觸發(fā)高速攝像機的不穩定性及存在的延時(shí)和記錄完整性問(wèn)題,以及內觸發(fā)丟失信息的缺點(diǎn),設計了基于UWB模塊的無(wú)線(xiàn)觸發(fā)系統。該系統以FPGA作為UWB模塊的核心控制器,射頻芯片DW1000為UWB模塊核心,在炮彈與地面站分別放置UWB模塊作為標簽,通過(guò)TOA測距算法精確計算出兩點(diǎn)距離,當小于給定距離時(shí)給出觸發(fā)信號,實(shí)現高速攝像機的提前觸發(fā)。對測距系統進(jìn)行靜態(tài)誤差測量與靶場(chǎng)試驗,靜態(tài)誤差在20cm~40cm,靶場(chǎng)試驗時(shí)給定距離300米,測試結果分別為291.34m,288.48m,293.27m。實(shí)驗結果表明,該觸發(fā)系統可以完成預觸發(fā),滿(mǎn)足炮彈記錄實(shí)驗的預觸發(fā)需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the action information before and after the shell lands, and to overcome the instability, delay and record integrity problems of the manual pre-trigger high-speed camera, as well as the shortcomings of internal trigger loss information, a wireless trigger system based on UWB module was designed. This system takes FPGA as the core controller of UWB module, and RADIO frequency chip DW1000 as the core of UWB module. UWB modules are respectively placed as labels in artillery shells and ground stations. The DISTANCE between two points is accurately calculated through TOA ranging algorithm, and the trigger signal is given when the distance is less than a given distance, so as to realize the early trigger of high-speed cameras. Static error measurement and range test were carried out for the ranging system. The static error was between 20cm and 40cm. The range test was given a distance of 300 meters, and the test results were 291.34m, 288.48m and 293.27m, respectively. The experimental results show that the trigger system can complete the pre-trigger and meet the pre-trigger requirement of the shell recording experiment.
