    摘要:

    在我國現代智慧農業(yè)設施大棚得到了大面積的推廣使用。棚內環(huán)境是否適宜對作物的生長(cháng)發(fā)育至關(guān)重要,直接決定了能否實(shí)現豐產(chǎn)豐收,為了確保作物在大棚中能處于最合適的生長(cháng)環(huán)境,必須要對棚內的環(huán)境參數進(jìn)行精確的監測。針對當前所存在的棚內環(huán)境監測系統成本較高,布線(xiàn)復雜等問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于近距離無(wú)線(xiàn)組網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)的棚內環(huán)境監測系統設計方案。該方案選用SHT21、TSL2561、CCS811對棚內的溫濕度、光強度以及二氧化碳氣體濃度等環(huán)境參數進(jìn)行檢測,應用CC2530微處理器,對傳感器撿測的環(huán)境參數進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集,通過(guò)ZigBee模塊將數據進(jìn)行無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸上傳實(shí)現主機PC監測。系統在實(shí)際測試中溫度誤差不超出±0.3℃,濕度誤差不超出±2%RH,在使用距離范圍內的網(wǎng)絡(luò )數據丟包率不超過(guò)2%,系統運行穩定,可靠性強,可以滿(mǎn)足設計要求。

    Abstract:

    In China's modern intelligent agricultural facilities greenhouse has been widely used. Whether the environment is suitable for the growth and development of crops is very important, which directly determines whether the high yield and harvest can be achieved. In order to ensure that the crops can be in the most suitable growth environment in the greenhouse, the environmental parameters in the shed must be accurately monitored. Aiming at the problems of high cost and complicated wiring, a design scheme of indoor environment monitoring system based on close-range wireless network communication technology is proposed. This scheme selects the SHT21、TSL2561、CCS811 to detect the environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity, light intensity and carbon dioxide gas concentration in the shed. The CC2530 microprocessor is used to collect the environmental parameters of the sensor in real time, and the data is transmitted and uploaded wirelessly through the ZigBee module to realize the host PC monitoring. The temperature error of the system does not exceed ±0.3℃ in the actual test, the humidity error does not exceed ±2% RH, the packet loss rate of the network data in the range of use distance does not exceed 2%, the system runs stably and has strong reliability, which can meet the design requirements.
