    摘要:

    伴隨國家地質(zhì)勘探、基礎設施建設和信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,傳統以人工采樣、離線(xiàn)實(shí)驗、專(zhuān)家評判為特點(diǎn)的巖土體成分分析的方法有待改善。靜力觸探實(shí)驗作為典型原位測試方法,由于其高效、準確、土體擾動(dòng)小、數據連續性好等特點(diǎn),越來(lái)越多的在巖土工程中得到應用。此外,靜力觸探實(shí)驗是評價(jià)工程地質(zhì)條件、評估地質(zhì)災害的重要手段。因此,對成套靜力觸探系統的研究也越來(lái)越多。 首先介紹基帶板的設計,其中包括數據采集模塊設計,數據存儲模塊設計,探頭傾斜管控模塊設計,基帶板通訊模塊設計,時(shí)間同步模塊設計和數字溫控傳感模塊設計,完成了對下位機的設計和開(kāi)發(fā)。 其次,通過(guò)RTC時(shí)鐘界面、參數設置界面和數據傳輸界面設計,完成了上位機的設計,方便與計算機進(jìn)行交互。 最后,通過(guò)實(shí)驗結果對該簡(jiǎn)易靜力觸探采集系統進(jìn)行功能分析。 通過(guò)高性能、低成本的STM32與各種外圍芯片相結合的方式,設計了基帶板軟硬件配置策略。同時(shí)進(jìn)行上位機功能研發(fā),完成了基于STM32的簡(jiǎn)易靜力觸探采集系統的設計,實(shí)現了高性?xún)r(jià)比的巖體成分分析解決方案,完成了多種模式下對巖體數據的采集、存儲和傳輸,為工程的前期分析提供重要支撐。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of national geological exploration, infrastructure construction and information technology, the traditional method of rock and soil composition analysis characterized by manual sampling, off-line experiment and expert judgment needs to be improved. As a typical in-situ test method, static cone penetration test is more and more used in geotechnical engineering because of its high efficiency, accuracy, small soil disturbance and good data continuity. In addition, static penetration test is an important method to evaluate engineering geological conditions and geological hazards. Therefore, there are more and more studies on the complete set of static penetration system. Firstly, the design of baseband board is introduced, including data acquisition module design, data storage module design, probe tilt control module design, baseband board communication module design, time synchronization module design and digital temperature control sensor module design, to design and develop the lower computer. Secondly, through the design of RTC clock interface, parameter setting interface and data transmission interface, the design of the host computer is completed to facilitate interaction with the computer. Finally, through the experimental results, a functional analysis of the simple static penetration probe acquisition system was carried out. Through the combination of high-performance and low-cost STM32 and various peripheral chips, the hardware and software configuration strategy of the baseband board is designed. At the same time, the research and development of the host computer function was completed, the design of the simple static penetration surveying system based on STM32 was completed, and the cost-effective rock mass component analysis solution was realized. To provide important support for the preliminary analysis of the project.
