For a 5528 × 10416 pixel mosaic image containing 100 hand-qualified, commonly used round small square parts, the measurement speed does not exceed 9s. The batch test results are all qualified (tolerance is 3.0 μm), which can meet the needs of industrial batch testing and effectively solve practical industrial problems.
