Based on the VRV room model,the mathematical relations of evaporator superheat refrigerant mass flow and electronic expansion valve are established by means of simulation experiment and mathematical modeling. The coupling between evaporators can be offset by feedforward control; The fuzzy PID controller can reflect the coupling relationship between different evaporators and improve the precision of system modeling through fuzzy compensator. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that after the fuzzy PID control and feedforward control, the disturbance caused by the coupling of other rooms can be effectively eliminated, and the stable operation of the controlled room is achieved. The effectiveness of the fuzzy PID controller and the good controllability of the feedforward fuzzy controller are proved by design and simulation.
