For the testing and fault diagnosis requirements of new generation of high speed maglev train on-board controller during the development, production and experiment, the paper designed and developed the on-board controller integrated test-bench which based on the generalization, modularization and standardization design idea.By adopting PXI and LXI mixed bus, and automatic test program sets (TPS) technology, the test-bench has already tested types of on-board controllers.The test results show that the design principle of the test bench is correct, the operation is stable and reliable, and the test results are accurate, which meets the need of automatic test of the on-board controller of the high-speed maglev train.
