    摘要:

    針對海上養殖網(wǎng)箱人工巡檢的成本高、風(fēng)險大的問(wèn)題,以海上河鲀養殖網(wǎng)箱監測為應用背景,提出了一種無(wú)人化網(wǎng)箱巡檢的新方法,該方法利用無(wú)人機俯視觀(guān)測法,并結合日常網(wǎng)箱養殖狀態(tài)信息,可高效地完成基礎養殖數據采集任務(wù)。在無(wú)人機拍攝的視頻數據基礎上,提取關(guān)鍵幀,利用卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )HED(Holistically-nested edge detection )進(jìn)行邊緣檢測作為圖像預處理,起到降低圖像冗余信息,得到清晰網(wǎng)箱邊緣信息的作用,在此基礎上將邊緣圖二值化并提取目標區域,提出了相應的自適應閾值選取規則,最后根據改進(jìn)的Tamura紋理特征對網(wǎng)箱養殖區進(jìn)行數據有效性的判斷。該方法結合深度學(xué)習方法與傳統圖像檢測技術(shù),具有較強的環(huán)境自適應性和較高的準確性。最終以大連天正實(shí)業(yè)有限公司大李家紅鰭東方鲀養殖場(chǎng)的養殖網(wǎng)箱作為實(shí)驗對象,海上河豚養殖網(wǎng)箱提取的準確度為97%,信息的有效性判斷準確度為97.1。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of high cost and high risk of manual inspection of cages in marine aquaculture, a new method of unmanned cage inspection is proposed based on the application background of monitoring of cages in marine aquaculture. This method can efficiently complete the data collection of basic aquaculture by using UAV overlooking observation method and combining with the information of daily cage culture conditions. On the basis of video data captured by UAV, key frames are extracted, and image preprocessing is carried out by using the Holistically-nested edge detection network (HED), which reduces the redundant information of the image and obtains the edge of the cage. On this basis, the edge image is binarized and extracted the target region , and the corresponding adaptive threshold selection rules are proposed. At last, according to the improved Tamura texture features, the validity of the data in the cage farming area is judged. This method combines depth learning method with traditional image detection technology, and has strong environmental adaptability and high accuracy. Finally, the aquaculture cage of Dali Red Fin Oriental Fugu Farms in Dalian Tianzheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was taken as the experimental object. The accuracy of extracting the aquaculture cage of puffer dolphin at sea was 97%, and the accuracy of judging the validity of the information was 97.1%.
