    摘要:

    針對目前商用聲發(fā)射檢測系統的不足,基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)設計并開(kāi)發(fā)了一套多通道聲發(fā)射檢測系統。該系統采用通用高速同步數據采集卡實(shí)現對四通道聲發(fā)射信號的采集,單通道采集頻率可調且可達125MHz,采樣長(cháng)度可調。以L(fǎng)abVIEW為平臺開(kāi)發(fā)配套的軟件,實(shí)現對數據采集過(guò)程的控制、采集數據的預處理、波形顯示和數據保存等功能。利用該系統開(kāi)展了一維直線(xiàn)和二維平面斷鉛實(shí)驗,通過(guò)對實(shí)驗數據進(jìn)行處理實(shí)現了對斷鉛位置的定位,并從多角度分析了定位誤差的來(lái)源,依據行業(yè)標準對系統的性能實(shí)施了定性與定量評價(jià)。斷鉛實(shí)驗結果表明聲發(fā)射源定位誤差低于傳感器陣列中最大傳感器間距的5%,驗證了所開(kāi)發(fā)系統的可用性,其硬件條件、軟件功能以及定位精確度滿(mǎn)足行業(yè)標準。所提出的聲發(fā)射檢測系統設計方案、實(shí)驗方法以及數據處理方法將為工業(yè)現場(chǎng)聲發(fā)射檢測系統的研發(fā)提供有益的借鑒。

    Abstract:

    To overcome the shortage of commercial acoustic emission detection systems, a multi-channel acoustic emission detection system was designed and developed based on virtual instrument technology. A universal high-speed synchronous data acquisition card was adopted for sampling four channels of acoustic emission signals. The data acquisition frequency of each channel can be configured as high as 125MHz and the sampling length can be adjusted flexibly. LabVIEW was used as the platform for developing the software to realize the control of data acquisition process, preprocessing of acquisition data, waveform display and data storage functions. Both one-dimensional and two-dimensional lead breaking experiments were carried out with the developed detection system. The lead breaking positions were located by processing the experimental data and the sources of positioning error were analyzed from multiple perspectives. Finally, the performance of the system was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively according to industry standards. The experimental results have demonstrated that the location error of AE source is less than 5% of the maximum sensor spacing in the sensor array, verified the availability of the developed system, and shown that the hardware conditions, software functions and positioning accuracy meet the industry standards. The design scheme, experimental method and data processing method of the acoustic emission detection system will provide useful reference for the research and development of industrial field acoustic emission detection systems.
