    針對蔬菜大棚內傳統的有線(xiàn)灌溉方式布線(xiàn)困難,對各作物的控制效率較低等問(wèn)題,設計了基于ZigBee無(wú)線(xiàn)技術(shù)的蔬菜大棚自動(dòng)灌溉系統。系統由終端節點(diǎn)、協(xié)調器節點(diǎn)、WiFi模塊以及上位機構成,使用CC2530芯片作為主控芯片,通過(guò)ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò )將多個(gè)終端節點(diǎn)與協(xié)調器節點(diǎn)進(jìn)行無(wú)線(xiàn)通訊,以RTL8710作為WiFi通訊芯片將數據上傳至上位機,于上位機實(shí)時(shí)顯示數據和圖像曲線(xiàn)。設計了一種模糊控制和PID控制器的復合切換控制算法,根據采集的溫濕度和光照強度,計算得到灌溉的需求量,從而對不同成長(cháng)情況的作物,實(shí)現更好的控制灌溉效果。通過(guò)測試,在80m距離內保持通訊穩定,采用復合控制方法的穩態(tài)誤差不超過(guò)0.6%,整個(gè)系統運行正常且控制性能優(yōu)良,具有實(shí)際應用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the difficulties of traditional wired control methods in greenhouses, and low control efficiency of various crops. A greenhouse automatic irrigation system based on ZigBee wireless technology was designed. The system consist of terminal node, coordinator node, Wifi module and upper computer. The CC2530 chip was used as the main control chip, multiple terminal nodes and coordinator node were wireless communicated through the ZigBee network, and the data was uploaded to the WiFi communication chip by the RTL8710. The data and image curve was displayed by upper computer in real time. A composite switching control algorithm based on fuzzy control and PID controller was designed, the demand for irrigation was calculated based on the collected temperature and humidity and light intensity, the better control of irrigation effect for crops with different growth conditions was achieved. Through the test, the communication was stable within a distance of 80 meters, the steady-state error of the composite control method did not exceed 0.6 percent. The entire system ran normally and the control performance was excellent, which had practical application value.
