    為了解決在汛期階段,由過(guò)量降雨引發(fā)的震裂帶山體崩塌問(wèn)題,設計一種基于GIS的震裂坡地降雨量監測預警系統。按照GIS平臺的開(kāi)發(fā)標準,連接WebApp構件與其它硬件模塊設備,完成震裂坡地降雨量監測預警系統的概要設計。在此基礎上,根據震裂坡地質(zhì)環(huán)境條件、氣象水文特征和其它性能統計結果,完成監測預警系統的主要需求分析。再通過(guò)分析監測預警系統組成與GIS體系結構的方式,處理常規GIS體系的巡檢操作功能,實(shí)現震裂坡地降雨量監測預警系統的順利應用。實(shí)用測試結果表明,應用監測預警系統后,震裂坡地降雨量空間插值的最大數據結果不超過(guò)4.0×1017T,降雨區域的危險性等級也出現明顯下降,汛期過(guò)程中存在的震裂帶山體崩塌行為得起有效控制。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of mountain collapse caused by excessive rainfall during flood season, a GIS based rainfall monitoring and warning system for earthquake cracked slope was designed. According to the development standard of GIS platform, WebApp components and other hardware module equipment were connected to complete the summary design of rainfall monitoring and warning system of seismic crack slope. On this basis, according to the geological environment conditions, meteorological and hydrological characteristics and other statistical results, the main requirements of the monitoring and warning system are analyzed. By analyzing the composition of the monitoring and warning system and the structure of the GIS system, the routine GIS system is processed to realize the smooth application of the rainfall monitoring and warning system on the cracked slope. The practical test results show that after the application of the monitoring and early warning system, the maximum data of spatial interpolation of rainfall in the cracked slope is no more than 4.0×1017T, and the risk level of the rainfall area is also significantly reduced. The collapse behavior of the mountain in the cracked zone during the flood season should be effectively controlled.
