    摘要:

    線(xiàn)纜之于設備就像血脈之于人,承擔著(zhù)電力運行、信號傳輸的重要作用,其質(zhì)量好壞直接決定設備運行的安全性。從線(xiàn)纜測試需求出發(fā),分析線(xiàn)纜測試在軍工和民用領(lǐng)域的應用范圍及需求特點(diǎn);分別介紹了國內外線(xiàn)纜測試的發(fā)展現狀及產(chǎn)品形態(tài);針對線(xiàn)纜導通、絕緣、耐壓、故障定位等測試項,對其重要測試指標及測試方法進(jìn)行了總結;詳細介紹線(xiàn)纜測試中采用的的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),主要包括時(shí)域反射技術(shù)、分布式并行測試技術(shù)、邊界掃描技術(shù);最后,從線(xiàn)纜故障定位、在線(xiàn)測試、耐壓測試損傷不可逆、健康管理與評估預測等方面展望了線(xiàn)纜測試技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢。未來(lái),融合新技術(shù)、新手段,將形成以智能化、自學(xué)習、故障可預測為代表的線(xiàn)纜測試系統。

    Abstract:

    Cable to equipment is like blood to people. It plays an important role in power operation and signal transmission. Its quality directly determines the safety of equipment operation. Starting from the requirement of cable testing, the application scope and requirement characteristics of cable testing in military and civil fields are analyzed. The development status and product form of cable testing at home and abroad are introduced separately. Aiming at the test items of cable conduction, insulation, voltage withstanding and fault location, the important test indexes and test methods are summarized. The key technologies used in cable testing are introduced in detail, including time domain reflection technology, distributed parallel testing technology and boundary scan technology. Finally, the development trend of cable testing technology is prospected from the aspects of cable fault location, on-line testing, irreversible damage of withstand voltage testing, health management and evaluation and prediction. In the future, the cable testing system will be formed by integrating new technologies and new means, such as intellectualization, self-learning and fault predictability
