    摘要:

    軸類(lèi)工件的直線(xiàn)度調整方法需要調直和檢測功能相互配合完成,一般需要兩套設備或裝置。通過(guò)設計一種基于DSP主控芯片技術(shù)的智能化測量調直裝置,實(shí)現一臺設備同步完成調直和檢測。該設備設有檢測工位和調直工位,工位可自動(dòng)切換,設備可根據對軸類(lèi)件直線(xiàn)度指標的檢測結果,自行判斷合格情況并對不滿(mǎn)足設計要求的工件進(jìn)行調直處理,直至其直線(xiàn)度合格。以DSP芯片為核心的嵌入式開(kāi)發(fā)包,實(shí)現對激光傳感器、壓力傳感器及電氣執行單元的集成控制。軟件采用CCS3.3開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)調直下壓量自反饋機制和圓周跳動(dòng)測量數據擬合程序,解決設備實(shí)現自動(dòng)閉環(huán)控制的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題。調直檢測實(shí)驗結果表明,該設備可實(shí)現對軸類(lèi)工件的全閉環(huán)智能自動(dòng)檢測及調直,直線(xiàn)度指標圓周跳動(dòng)量小于0.05mm,可大幅減提高軸類(lèi)工件的直線(xiàn)度水平。

    Abstract:

    Spindle need to adjust their straightness by straightening and detecting equipments. By designing an intelligent measurement and straightening device based on DSP master chip technology, a device can be synchronized to complete the straightening and detection. The equipment is equipped with testing station and straightening station, which can be switched each other automatically. The device is equipped with a test station and a straightening station, which can be switched automatically. The device can automatically straighten the spindle according to the test results until its straightness is qualified. Embedded development package with DSP chip as its core enables integrated control of laser sensors, pressure sensors and electrical execution units. The software adopts the CCS3.3 development environment, and solves the key technical problems of automatic closed-loop control by developing the direct pressure self-feedback mechanism and the circular run-up measurement data fitting program. The results of the straightening test show that the device can realize the automatic detection and straightening of the closed-loop workpiece, and the linearity shape tolerance is less than 0.05mm, which greatly improves the straightness of the spindle.
