    隨著(zhù)世界貿易的發(fā)展,橋架起重機發(fā)揮著(zhù)越來(lái)越關(guān)鍵的作用;與此同時(shí),橋架起重機防晃技術(shù)也日益受到關(guān)注。為分析橋架起重機系統的特性,為理論上驗證與研究各種吊車(chē)控制方法的穩定性和效果提供參考,該模型在建立過(guò)程中考慮了電機對橋架起重機非線(xiàn)性系統的影響,對電機、小車(chē)和吊具與負載部分分別進(jìn)行了分析、研究、建模與仿真,最終建立起橋架起重機防晃控制非線(xiàn)性系統完整的物理和數學(xué)模型,實(shí)現了對橋架起重機系統運動(dòng)特性的完整描述。并用Matlab對電機、小車(chē)和吊具及負載部分,以及橋架起重機非線(xiàn)性系統的開(kāi)環(huán)與閉環(huán)狀態(tài)分別進(jìn)行仿真,仿真結果驗證了電機、小車(chē)、吊具及負載部分的特性,證明了模型的正確性,為研究橋架起重機防晃控制非線(xiàn)性系統提供了理論參考。

    Abstract:

    With the development of world trade, overhead crane plays an important role increasingly. At the same time, overhead crane anti-sway technology is also a growing concern. In order to analyze the characteristics of the overhead crane system and provide a reference for theoretically verifying and studying the stability and effect of various control methods, the model considers the influence of the motor on the nonlinear system of the overhead crane during the establishment. Besides, the motor, trolley and the load part were analyzed, studied, modeled and simulated respectively. As a result, the complete physical and mathematical models of the overhead crane anti-sway control nonlinear system were established, and a complete description of the motion characteristics of overhead crane system was realized. The Matlab is used to simulate the motor, trolley and load part, as well as the open-loop and closed-loop of the nonlinear system of the overhead crane. The simulation results verify the characteristics of the motor, trolley, and load part, and prove the correctness of the model, providing a theoretical reference for studying the nonlinear system of overhead crane anti-sway control.
