    摘要:

    基于新一代信息技術(shù)研究智慧城市系統中的實(shí)際應用,設計了一種智慧能源及碳排放監測管理云平臺系統方案并實(shí)施一期工程,深入分析了政策層面的相關(guān)要求和智慧能源領(lǐng)域的應用需求,并分析了方案的技術(shù)架構和建設內容,實(shí)現了系統與第三方產(chǎn)品數據的無(wú)縫連接,提供符合信息化發(fā)展的各項數據服務(wù),基本建成區一級統一的能耗監測與管理中心,實(shí)現對能耗企事業(yè)單位的用電量等能耗進(jìn)行監測,通過(guò)用能支路進(jìn)行計量,實(shí)現對能耗的在線(xiàn)監測和動(dòng)態(tài)分析。通過(guò)對接全局信息化優(yōu)化決策體系,進(jìn)一步提升了運行管理的信息化水平,實(shí)現優(yōu)化集約的運行管理及設備管理,系統的實(shí)時(shí)響應速度、抗干擾能力、適用環(huán)境、利用率、安全性等均達到領(lǐng)先水平,充分展示了所取得的階段性成果和社會(huì )效益。

    Abstract:

    Based on the application of new generation information technology in smart city system, this paper designs a cloud platform system scheme for smart energy and carbon emission monitoring and management, and implements the first phase of the project. It deeply analyses the relevant requirements at the policy level and the application requirements in the field of smart energy, and analyses the technical framework and construction content of the scheme. It realizes the seamless connection between the system and the third party product data, provides various data services in line with the development of information technology, basically establishes a unified energy consumption monitoring and management center at district level, realizes the monitoring of energy consumption of energy-consuming enterprises and institutions, and realizes the online monitoring of energy consumption through energy branch measurement. Measurement and dynamic analysis. By connecting with the global information optimization decision-making system, the information level of operation management has been further improved, and the intensive operation management and equipment management have been optimized. The real-time response speed, anti-interference ability, applicable environment, utilization rate and security of the system have reached the leading level, which fully demonstrates the phases achieved.
