    摘要:

    為了解決企業(yè)目前存在的人工監控注意力不能長(cháng)時(shí)間集中、發(fā)生事故后只可逐一倒查而無(wú)法提前預警、監控視頻圖像數據存檔分析困難、重點(diǎn)區域進(jìn)出權限無(wú)法有效管控等問(wèn)題,本文提出一種基于策略的廠(chǎng)區安全與監控智能管理系統,本系統以網(wǎng)絡(luò )閘機、智能網(wǎng)絡(luò )攝像頭、移動(dòng)終端設備為硬件基礎,基于廠(chǎng)區現有的網(wǎng)絡(luò )通路,通過(guò)配置區域入侵、人員徘徊、滯留、倒地和安全帽佩戴檢測等不同安全策略組合,實(shí)現重點(diǎn)區域的人體異常行為智能識別、危險預警、報警轉發(fā)和遠程監控,將企業(yè)現有的“被動(dòng)監控”模式轉換為可提前危險預警的“主動(dòng)監控”模式,將現有的單臺閘機設備聯(lián)網(wǎng),通過(guò)遠程下發(fā)MES系統生成的車(chē)間生產(chǎn)排程任務(wù)到相關(guān)車(chē)間入口的閘機設備,實(shí)現對廠(chǎng)區內部不同車(chē)間、不同時(shí)段的放行權限管控。

    Abstract:

    n order to solve the problems existing in enterprises, such as manual monitoring attention can not be concentrated for a long time, after an accident can only be checked one by one without early warning, the difficulty of archiving and analyzing surveillance video and image data, and the inability of effective control of access rights in key areas, this paper proposes a strategy-based intelligent management system for plant safety and monitoring. This system uses network gates and intelligent networks cameras and mobile terminal equipments are the hardware basis. Based on the existing network access in the factory area, through configuring different security strategy combinations such as area intrusion, personnel wandering, detention, falling to the ground and safety helmet wearing detection, the in-telligent recognition of human abnormal behavior, danger warning, alarm forwarding and remote monitoring in key areas can be realized, and the existing "passive monitoring" mode of enterprises can be transformed into "passive monitoring". The "active monitoring" mode of early warning of danger connects the existing single gate equipment to the network, and realizes the management and control of the release rights of different workshops and different time periods in the inner part of the plant by sending down the production scheduling tasks generated by MES sys-tem to the gate equipment at the entrance of relevant workshops remotely.
