    摘要:

    0.6米跨超聲速風(fēng)洞控制系統采用基于現場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)和網(wǎng)絡(luò )的開(kāi)放式集散系統,具有運行控制設備多、邏輯關(guān)系復雜的特點(diǎn),為保證風(fēng)洞復雜系統的狀態(tài)監控和運行安全,研制了安全聯(lián)鎖控制系統。系統硬件包括應用層上位機、中間層PLC、執行層各設備終端,軟件采用共享變量服務(wù)器SVE統一管理實(shí)現通信;通過(guò)硬件電路和ProfiNet連接兩種方式的結合,實(shí)現了對風(fēng)洞各設備的狀態(tài)信息檢測和控制指令發(fā)送;通過(guò)對風(fēng)洞狀態(tài)監控、安全保護功能進(jìn)行分析,采用了三級冗余安全關(guān)車(chē)策略的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和方法。經(jīng)調試實(shí)現了檢測與控制所有與風(fēng)洞運行安全相關(guān)的信息和設備,能夠在風(fēng)洞運行出現異常時(shí),搶占控制權限,控制各設備在安全狀態(tài)下關(guān)車(chē),壓力控制精度優(yōu)于0.5%。經(jīng)實(shí)際應用滿(mǎn)足了技術(shù)上保護風(fēng)洞設備和參試人員安全的工程應用。

    Abstract:

    The 0.6m trisonic wind tunnel control system adopts an open distributed system based on Fieldbus and network, which has many operation control equipments and complex logic relationship,to ensure the state monitoring and operation safety of wind tunnel complex system, a safety interlocking control system is developed. The hardware of the system includes upper computer of application layer, the middle layer PLC, and the device terminals of execution layer. The software uses the shared variable server SVE to manage the communication in a unified manner, the combination of hardware circuit and ProfiNet connection realizes the state information detection and control instruction sending of each device of wind tunnel. Through the analysis of the status monitoring and safety protection functions of wind tunnel, the key technologies and methods of three-level redundant safe shutdown strategy are adopted. After debugging, all information and equipment related to the safety of wind tunnel operation are detected and controlled. When abnormal operation of wind tunnel occurs, the control right can be preempted, and the shutdown of all equipment in safe state can be controlled. The pressure control precision is better than 0.5%. The practical application of the wind tunnel meets the engineering application of protecting the safety of the wind tunnel equipment and the test personnel technically.
