    摘要:

    針對傳統洗車(chē)低效率、高消耗等問(wèn)題,設計實(shí)現了一套基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的新型自助洗車(chē)機系統。系統分為洗車(chē)機終端和云服務(wù)器端兩個(gè)部分。洗車(chē)機終端以STM32F103VET6作為主控芯片,并利用霍爾流量傳感器獲取水流量,實(shí)現流量計費。GPRS-SIM868模塊可實(shí)現與遠程服務(wù)器的無(wú)線(xiàn)數據通信,并通過(guò)搭載各類(lèi)傳感器采集洗車(chē)機的狀態(tài)數據。同時(shí),云服務(wù)器端與洗車(chē)機終端建立UDP通信,實(shí)現對洗車(chē)機終端數據的獲取,并通過(guò)以Tomcat作為Web服務(wù)器、MySQL為數據庫建立B/S架構的數據管理系統。用戶(hù)可以根據洗車(chē)機終端LCD顯示屏提供的信息,自主選擇支付方式、洗車(chē)模式以及計費模式。同時(shí),后臺管理人員可以通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò )及時(shí)了解自助洗車(chē)機的相關(guān)信息,對洗車(chē)機進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監控與管理。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the low efficiency and high consumption of traditional car washing, a new self-service car washing machine system based on Internet of things technology is designed and implemented. The system is divided into two parts: car washing machine terminal and cloud server. STM32F103VET6 is used as the main control chip in the car washing machine terminal, and the Hall flow sensor is used to obtain the water flow and realize the flow billing. The GPRS-SIM868 module can realize wireless data communication with the remote server, and collect the state data of the car washing machine with various sensors. At the same time, the cloud server side established UDP communication with the car washing machine terminal to achieve the data acquisition of the car washing machine terminal, and established the B/S data management system with Tomcat as the Web server and MySQL as the database. Users can independently choose payment mode, car washing mode and billing mode according to the information provided by the LCD display of the car washing machine terminal. At the same time, background managers can timely understand the relevant information of the self-service car washing machine through the network, real-time monitoring and management of the car washing machine.
