    摘要:

    隨著(zhù)現階段智能制造及高新技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,現代航空裝備的型號種類(lèi)愈發(fā)豐富,設備功能先進(jìn),隨之技術(shù)復雜程度也日益提高,這些現代化的設備在提高航空裝備作戰效能的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了繁雜的測試、診斷和保障問(wèn)題。由于設備的技術(shù)復雜程度越來(lái)越高,使得故障檢測與診斷變得越來(lái)越困難。設備出現故障后,不能及時(shí)修復,嚴重影響了裝備戰備完好性,[]也增加了裝備的保障費用。設計提出了一種航空裝備通用自動(dòng)測試平臺,采用開(kāi)放的體系結構、開(kāi)放的標準和新一代測試技術(shù),實(shí)現了裝備自動(dòng)檢測設備的綜合化、通用化、系列化和標準化,解決了裝備測試和保障問(wèn)題的同時(shí)最大限度地減少檢測設備種類(lèi),提高檢測設備技術(shù)水平,以較低的費用實(shí)現裝備的快速高效檢測和維修。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and high-tech at the present stage, the types of modern aviation equipment are becoming more and more abundant, the equipment functions are advanced, and the technical complexity is also increasing. These modern equipments improve the operational effectiveness of aviation equipment. Brought complicated testing, diagnosis and security issues. As the technical complexity of the equipment becomes higher and higher, fault detection and diagnosis become more and more difficult. After the equipment fails, it cannot be repaired in time, which seriously affects the integrity of the equipment. [] also increases the cost of equipment support. The design proposes a universal automatic test platform for aviation equipment. It adopts an open architecture, open standards and a new generation of test technology to realize the integration, generalization, serialization and standardization of automatic equipment detection equipment, and solve the equipment test and While ensuring the problem, the type of testing equipment is minimized, the technical level of the testing equipment is improved, and the equipment is quickly and efficiently detected and repaired at a low cost.
