    摘要:

    在開(kāi)發(fā)大慣量X-Y航車(chē)工程項目中,既需要多個(gè)控制器之間可靠、實(shí)時(shí)、高刷新頻率的數據交互,又需要上位控制計算機具有PC機的強大性能、PLC系統的組態(tài)式通信編程功能。該文在綜合分析主流通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )及控制技術(shù)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎上,創(chuàng )新地提出了以WinAC軟邏輯PLC為控制核心,以Profibus現場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)為通信網(wǎng)絡(luò ),以PC機加RTX實(shí)時(shí)內核為上位機,以Visual Basic結合第三方控件為人機界面工具的集成設計方案,闡述了軟硬件設計流程,并介紹了系統調試結果。實(shí)驗結果表明,上位機與10臺下位機可實(shí)現2ms周期的可靠實(shí)時(shí)數據交換,基于此,總重110噸的X-Y航車(chē)在攜帶船模做直徑6m,切向速度1m/s的圓周運動(dòng)時(shí),實(shí)現了位置誤差小于±2%、角度誤差小于±0.5°的精度。

    Abstract:

    In the development of large inertial X-Y ship model towing carriage, it not only needs reliable, real-time and high refresh frequency of data exchange between multiple controllers, but also needs upper control computer with powerful performance of PC and configuration communication programming function of PLC system. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the mainstream communication network and control technology, this paper proposed an innovative and integrated design scheme, with WinAC as the control core , Profibus fieldbus as the communication network, PC plus RTX Real-time Kernel as Upper Computer, Visual Basic combined with third-party controls as man-machine interface development tools. Next, the hardware and software design processes are described, and the results of the system debugging are introduced. It provides good reference function for similar engineering equipment design.Experimental results show that the upper computer and the 10 lower computers can achieve reliable real-time data exchange of 2ms cycle. Based on this, the X-Y ship model towing carriage with a total weight of 110 tons can achieve the accuracy of position error less than ±2% and the angular error is less than ±0.5° when carrying the ship model to make circular motion of 6m in diameter and 1m/s in tangential velocity.
