本文介紹了城際動(dòng)車(chē)組車(chē)鉤緩沖裝置的特點(diǎn),并分別對前端全自動(dòng)車(chē)鉤緩沖裝置、中間半永久車(chē)鉤緩沖裝置的主要結構型式、主要參數、作用原理,以及車(chē)鉤的吸能能力等進(jìn)行了詳細說(shuō)明。通過(guò)建立一維多體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,對列車(chē)分別以5km/h、15km/h、25km/h速度進(jìn)行撞擊時(shí)各車(chē)鉤緩沖裝置的車(chē)鉤力等關(guān)鍵參數進(jìn)行了分析計算,結果滿(mǎn)足設計要求。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the characteristics of intercity EMU concept, and separately to the automatic couplers, semipermanent coupler main structure, main parameters, and the energy absorption ability of the coupler are described. Based on the one-dimensional dynamic model, the coupler force and other key parameters of each coupler buffer device were analyzed and calculated when the train impacted at 5 km/h, 15 km/h and 25 km/h respectively. The results meet the design requirements.
