摘要:

針對混凝土預制板生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)集中監控問(wèn)題,設計了一套基于計算機組態(tài)軟件和工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的集中監控系統。分析了混凝土預制板生產(chǎn)工藝流程,研究了生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的工位布局；采用計算機集中管理, PLC分散控制的方式構建了系統硬件架構;利用力控ForceControl組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),設計了多人機交互界面,并論述了采取的控制策略以及腳本程序的實(shí)現。經(jīng)實(shí)踐驗證,系統運行穩定、靈活性好、實(shí)用性強,滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)對生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)集中管理、監視及自動(dòng)控制的需求。

Abstract:

Aiming at the monitoring problem about Concrete Forecast Production Line, a central monitoring system based on computer configuration software and industrial Ethernet network is designed. The technical process and station set are analyzed, and the hardware architecture is built, including computer centralized management and PLC decentralized control. With the development of monitoring system by the ForceControl, the Human Machine Interface is designed and the control policy and script program are also introduced. Practice proves that the system is stable, and the adaptability and practicability are good, can meet the practical needs of users.
