    針對光學(xué)對中器采用面陣電荷耦合器件或者黑白線(xiàn)陣電荷耦合器件作為圖像傳感器的不足,設計了一種新型光學(xué)對中自動(dòng)測量裝置。測量裝置由N型自發(fā)光目標、光學(xué)鏡頭、彩色線(xiàn)陣電荷耦合器件、處理電路、FPGA和電源模塊組成。利用彩色線(xiàn)陣電荷耦合器件和N型自發(fā)光目標協(xié)同工作進(jìn)行二維位置測量。通過(guò)實(shí)驗,驗證該裝置在露天環(huán)境下工作,反射光等強干擾時(shí),能區分有用目標信號和干擾信號。論文著(zhù)重介紹了彩色線(xiàn)陣電荷耦合器件圖像傳感器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和N型自發(fā)光目標的尺寸設計。最后,對新型光電對中器的測量精度進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗驗證和誤差分析。在本設計中,圖像傳感器的選擇分別采用黑白線(xiàn)陣CCD和彩色線(xiàn)陣CCD進(jìn)行實(shí)驗驗證, X軸方向測量精度: ±0.649mm≤1.597mm;Y軸方向測量精度:±1.176mm≤3.940mm。實(shí)驗結果表明:采用彩色線(xiàn)陣電荷耦合器件作圖像傳感器時(shí),抗干擾性強,測量結果精確、穩定。

    Abstract:

    A new type of optical centering automatic measurement device was designed for the lack of planar array charge-coupled devices or black-and-white linear array charge-coupled devices as image sensors for optical alignment devices. The measuring device consists of an N-type self-emission target, an optical lens, a color line array charge-coupled device, a processing circuit, an FPGA, and a power supply module. Two-dimensional position measurement was performed by using color line array charge-coupled devices and N-type self-emission targets to work together. Through experiments, it was verified that the device can distinguish between useful target signals and interference signals when it is operated in open air environment and reflected light and other strong interference. This paper focuses on the advantages of the image sensor of the color linear array charge-coupled device and the size design of the N-type self-luminous target. Finally, the experimental verification and error analysis of the measurement accuracy of the new photoelectric centering device were carried out. In this design, the selection of the image sensor uses black and white linear array CCDs and color linear array CCDs for experimental verification. The accuracy in the X-axis direction is ±0.649mm≤1.597mm; the accuracy in the Y-axis direction is ±1.176mm≤3.940mm. The experimental results show that when a color line array charge coupled device is used as an image sensor, the anti-interference performance is strong, and the measurement result is accurate and stable.
