    摘要:

    為降低農業(yè)氣象災害對茶葉生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)的不利影響,提高茶葉生產(chǎn)氣象服務(wù)及災害預警的業(yè)務(wù)能力和效率,利用微電子測量技術(shù)、3G無(wú)線(xiàn)通信與控制技術(shù)、氣象和農情信息可視化技術(shù)等,并通過(guò)遠程服務(wù)器端監控和管理軟件的搭建,自主設計和研制了一套茶園可視化農業(yè)氣象信息動(dòng)態(tài)監測預警系統。該系統實(shí)現茶園圖像信息、溫濕度、降水數據的一體化采集和綜合顯示的功能。通過(guò)2014—2016年近三年的外場(chǎng)試驗,結果表明:系統運行穩定,能及時(shí)采集和上傳氣象要素和圖像信息,數據傳輸從不丟幀;解決了常規茶園自動(dòng)氣象站無(wú)法采集圖像和微弱降水的短板和難題;外場(chǎng)試驗中計算的平均傳輸速率為41.2 KB?s-1,能滿(mǎn)足實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求;借助該系統即可實(shí)時(shí)知悉茶葉長(cháng)勢、茶園氣象信息和氣象災害等。該系統的部署及試驗,為開(kāi)展茶葉氣象服務(wù)提供理論和技術(shù)支撐。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the adverse effects of Agriculture meteorological disasters on tea production, and improve operational capacity and efficiency of tea meteorological service and disaster warning, a visual tea meteorological Information dynamic monitoring and warning system was independently developed. Electronic measurement technology, 3G wireless communication, control technology, meteorological and agricultural information visualization technology, together with the monitoring and management software builded on the remote server were used in this system, which realized the functions of integrated collecting and displaying the image, temperature, humidity and precipitation data of tea garden. Through two years’ field experiments from 2014 to 2016, the results show that the system works stable. This system can collect and upload meteorological elements and image information timely, frames were never dropped. It solved the short board and difficult problem of conventional tea garden automatic weather station unable to collect images and weak precipitation. The average transmission rate calculated in the field experiments was 41.2 KB?s-1, which meets the actual operational requirements. With the help of the system, people can know the real-time growth, meteorological information and disasters of the tea garden. The deployment and experiment of this system provide theoretical and technical support for tea meteorological service.
