    摘要:

    國內畜牧業(yè)智能化程度不高,相關(guān)環(huán)境監測系統依賴(lài)進(jìn)口。針對這種情況,結合樹(shù)莓派和多傳感器設計并實(shí)現了一種無(wú)人值守信息處理系統,采用溫度,濕度,圖像和聲音等傳感器陣列,通過(guò)樹(shù)莓派wiringPi驅動(dòng)庫進(jìn)行驅動(dòng),實(shí)現對豬場(chǎng)的復雜環(huán)境進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監測。程序設計中采用多進(jìn)程技術(shù)使各模塊協(xié)同工作,保證了系統穩定高效運行。圖像處理算法基于Open Source Computer Vision Library(OpenCV)設計,通過(guò)對圖像中目標物的特征進(jìn)行掃描,從而判斷目標物狀態(tài)。系統數據經(jīng)處理后,通過(guò)樹(shù)莓派板載的WIFI傳輸到上位機,便于生成數據日志。整個(gè)測試系統搭載在一個(gè)移動(dòng)平臺上,能夠實(shí)現移動(dòng)監測。本系統經(jīng)過(guò)測試,系統穩定運行,溫濕度數據測量精度可達0.1,系統能夠對危險情況及時(shí)響應。

    Abstract:

    The intelligent degree of domestic animal husbandry is not high and the related environmental monitoring system depends on the import. In response to this situation, an unattended information processing system was designed and implemented based on Raspberry Pi and multisensor. The platform used temperature, humidity, image and voice sensors array which were driven by raspberry wiringPi drive library to realize the real-time monitoring on the complex environment of pig farm. In the program design, multi process technology is used to make the modules work together to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system. The image processing algorithm is designed based on Open Source Computer Vision Library (OpenCV) and the target state is judged by scanning the characteristics of objects in images. Measured data were processed and transmitted to PC through the Raspberry Pi WIFI to built the log file. The driver of the hardware was realized by using the wiringPi integrated library. The whole test system was carried on a mobile platform to realize mobile monitoring. In system testing, the system runs steadily, the measurement accuracy of temperature and humidity data is up to 0.1, and the system can respond to the dangerous situation in time.
