摘要:

由于原始編解碼器存在編解碼速度慢，耗費時(shí)間長(cháng)的問(wèn)題，無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足人們需求，提出了基于A(yíng)RM平臺的高清視頻信號編解碼器優(yōu)化設計。在A(yíng)RM平臺下對接口進(jìn)行分離，從代碼和結構兩方面對編碼器進(jìn)行精簡(jiǎn)，進(jìn)而對相應程序進(jìn)行優(yōu)化；針對解碼器優(yōu)化過(guò)程，優(yōu)化C級別和熵解碼，并移除多余結構體以及冗余函數，重新建立哈夫曼查表，完成高清視頻信號快速解碼。通過(guò)實(shí)驗驗證結果可知，優(yōu)化后的編解碼器速度快，且耗費時(shí)間較短。

Abstract:

Because the original codec is slow and time-consuming, it can't meet the needs of people. A design of HDTV codec based on ARM platform is proposed. Separation of the interface in the ARM platform, streamline the encoder from two aspects of code and structure, and the corresponding program is optimized; for the decoder optimization process, the optimization of C level and entropy decoding, and remove the redundant structure and redundant function, re establishment of Huffman table, complete HD video signal fast decoding. The experimental results show that the optimized codec has a fast speed and a shorter time consuming.
