    摘要:

    目前清除架空輸電線(xiàn)路上異物的方法主要是依靠人工方式或者借助無(wú)人機等遙控操作裝置,這些操作耗時(shí)耗力且帶電作業(yè)有一定的危險性,不能適應復雜的輸電線(xiàn)路環(huán)境。隨著(zhù)激光技術(shù)的應用越來(lái)越廣泛,利用激光清除電線(xiàn)異物已經(jīng)成為現實(shí)。為了更好地實(shí)現切割效果,提高切割效率,文章結合數字圖像處理技術(shù),提出了一種基于轉臺伺服控制的激光除異物系統。通過(guò)架設在雙自由度轉臺上相對固定的攝像頭和激光發(fā)射裝置達到識別跟蹤并切除異物的效果,以圖像解析結果為反饋,控制轉臺的轉動(dòng)方向和角度,從而確定激光發(fā)射的位置。為了有效確定切割目標,利用圖像處理技術(shù)中的特征識別法進(jìn)行異物識別與跟蹤,并通過(guò)Hough直線(xiàn)檢測識別出線(xiàn)纜,確定切割方向。實(shí)驗表明,在轉臺滿(mǎn)足精度指標的情況下可以有效清除規定范圍內的目標異物,切割速度較快,適用范圍較廣。

    Abstract:

    At present, the method of removing foreign matter on overhead power transmission lines mainly relies on artificial means or control devices such as unmanned aerial vehicles. These methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive and can not be adapted to complex environments. With the application of laser technology more widely, using laser to remove foreign objects on wire has become a reality. In order to realize the cutting effect better and improve the cutting efficiency, the article presents a laser foreign body removal system based on servo control, combined with the digital image processing technology. By setting up a relatively fixed camera and laser emitting device on the two-degree-of-freedom turntable, the purpose of recognizing, tracking and removing the foreign object is achieved. The result of image analysis is used as feedback to control the rotation direction and angle of the turntable so as to determine the position of laser emission. In order to effectively determine the target, the foreign object recognition and tracking are carried out by the feature recognition method in the image processing technology. The Hough line detection is used to identify the cable and determine the cutting direction. Experiments show that in the case of turntable meet the accuracy of the target, the device can effectively remove the target within the scope of the specified foreign objects and can be adapted to more complex environments.
