摘要:

針對光學(xué)遙感系統圖像傳感器性能評估需求，搭建了一套圖像傳感器參數測試系統。測試系統中的參數自動(dòng)化測試軟件實(shí)現了圖像傳感器圖像數據的實(shí)時(shí)采集、存儲和顯示；對圖像傳感器的主要性能參數進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)計算分析，測試結果實(shí)時(shí)顯示存儲。該測試軟件在DALSA公司Sapera LT 軟件開(kāi)發(fā)包的基礎上，利用VC++進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)，實(shí)現了參數測試的自動(dòng)化。根據測試結果，驗證了測試方法的正確性。軟件設計過(guò)程中注意了模塊化、規范化設計，所以軟件的移植性較好，具有良好的應用前景。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the performance of image sensors in optical remote sensing system, the image sensor parameter testing system is built. In the image sensor testing system, the automatic test software realized the collection, storage, display and parameter analysis and calculation of the test data. Based on the software development tools Sapera LT of DALSA Company, the test software is further developed with VC++, and the automatic test is realized. According to the test results, the correctness of the test method is verified. Because of the modular and standardized design, the transplantation of the software is better and has a good application prospect.
