Aiming at the problems of the traditional coal mine methane concentration using industrial bus detection method is not flexible and the existence of blind spots, this paper presents a coal mine methane concentration detection system based on ZigBee. The system uses the ZigBee protocol stack to construct a wireless sensor communication network. The terminal node of the network senses and collects the concentration of methane in the mine, and transmits the density data to the coordinator, the coordinator is then transmitted through the serial port to the ground monitoring center. The hardware and software design of the detection system is introduced in detail, and the system is tested and verified.
