    摘要:

    相位差測量在故障診斷、線(xiàn)性系統動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析、電工領(lǐng)域中的相關(guān)參數測量等實(shí)際工程項目上的應用具有重要意義。該文根據頻率相同的周期變化信號相位差等于兩信號初相差這一基本原則,設計一種通過(guò)計算同頻周期信號初相結合DFT非整數修正算法的相位差測量系統。系統采用Cortex-M3內核的新一代32位ARM微處理器為核心設計完整的系統架構,對系統進(jìn)行控制和數據處理,利用TI公司的工程應用級別的程序庫和DSP算法庫實(shí)現準同步DFT非整數修正算法,結合據牛頓迭代算法和相位差與初相的關(guān)系計算出信號實(shí)際相位差。實(shí)際測試結果顯示,系統對相位差的測量精度高,最小測量精度可達0.1°,并實(shí)現寬頻率范圍的相位差測量,在實(shí)際應用中測量結果準確、穩定、可靠。

    Abstract:

    【】The phase difference measurement takes an important role in fault diagnosis, dynamic characteristic analysis of linear system and some relative parameter measurements in electrical engineering field. In this paper, according to the principle, the phase difference for same cycle frequency signals is equal to the initial phase, a phase difference measurement is designed by calculating the initial phase of same cycle frequency signals, and combined with DFT non-integer correction algorithm. The system adopts a new generation of 32-bit ARM microprocessor based on cortex-M3 to design a complete system architecture for controlling and data processing. Besides, by using the engineering library of TI Company and DSP arithmetic library, the quasi-synchronous DFT non-integer correction algorithm can be realized, and based on Newton"s iterative algorithm and the relationship between phase difference and initial phase, the real phase difference can be calculated. After some tests, the results show that the system has a high accuracy of phase difference, and the minimum measurement precision can reach only 0.1°. At the same time, the wide frequency range is also suitable for phase difference measurement, which is accurate, stable and reliable in application.
