To satisfy the demand of in-situ testing for the airborne chaff and flare delivery equipment, an automatic test system for the chaff and flare delivery equipment is designed based on ZigBee. Cortex-A8 with ARM7 core is used as the central part, combined with the ZigBee and peripheral functional circuit, the detection parameters and status can be displayed in the handset terminal. The system has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, easy to carry, no connection cable required and so on. Use result shows that in-situ test system can test performance of chaff and flare delivery equipment and meet the needs of field test in situ.
