    摘要:

    地球靜止軌道(GEO)衛星具有對地靜止的特性,GEO 衛星應用日益增多,在高分辨率對地觀(guān)測、氣象、通信等領(lǐng)域都發(fā)揮著(zhù)越來(lái)越重要的作用,對其軌道確定的需求也越來(lái)越高,研究GEO衛星的高精度定軌技術(shù)迫在眉睫。傳統方法中利用地面站對GEO衛星實(shí)現實(shí)時(shí)自主定軌存在系統誤差大、觀(guān)測幾何差等問(wèn)題,導致星地測量的誤差在定軌過(guò)程中被放大的倍數急劇增加,影響了GEO衛星定軌精度的提高。利用GPS衛星實(shí)現對GEO衛星的定軌時(shí)存在可見(jiàn)GPS衛星數量少,接收到的信號微弱,測量精度不夠的問(wèn)題。星間鏈路具有對GEO衛星觀(guān)測幾何好、測量精度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),為GEO衛星定軌開(kāi)辟了新思路。針對在星間鏈路資源有限情況下如何選擇MEO衛星組合與GEO衛星進(jìn)行建鏈的問(wèn)題,以星間鏈路構型的PDOP值為優(yōu)化指標,對MEO衛星對PDOP值的影響進(jìn)行了分析,提出了遍歷選星、直接選星、迭代選星三種鏈路資源配置策略,確定與GEO衛星進(jìn)行建鏈觀(guān)測的MEO衛星組合,并用仿真方法對三種算法進(jìn)行驗證,結果表明,提出的迭代選星的鏈路資源配置策略,能將GEO衛星的定軌精度維持在7~40m以?xún)?同時(shí)將星間鏈路的使用效率提高5~120倍。

    Abstract:

    The geostationary orbit satellite is relative to the earth, it has been widely used in more and more applications,such as earth-observation,weather and comunication, the required precision of the GEO satellite orbit has become more and more accurate, so the research on GEO orbit determination has become extremely urgent. In traditional method, the ground station is used to realize the orbit determination of GEO satellite, there is a problem that the observation geometry among the GEO satellite and MEO satellites is weak, it leads to the result that the error of satellite-ground station observation will be amplified too much. The visible MEO satellite is few and the signal is weak when using GPS to determine the orbit of GEO The Inter-Satellite Link (ISL) whose observation geometry is much better, it has opened up new method to realize the orbit determination of GEO satellite. To solve the limited ISL source problem, three source allocation strategies have been put forward to determine the group of MEO satellites in this paper, the precision and accuracy of the algorithm is verified by simulation data. The result shows that the iteration strategy ensures the accuracy of GEO satellite orbit in 7m~40m and increases the coefficient of ISL about 5~120 times simultaneously.
