    摘要:

    發(fā)動(dòng)機是混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力設備的心臟,為了保證混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)可以快速穩定地運行,需要對其轉速智能控制系統進(jìn)行設計;使用當前控制系統智能控制混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速時(shí),無(wú)法快速檢測到發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速,難以達到最佳的智能控制結果;為此,基于軟切換提出Bang Bang-神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )PID的混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速智能控制系統設計方法;混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速智能控制系統以Mcs-51系列8751單片機為核心系統,檢測混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速的數字信號,同時(shí)控制D/A模擬信號的輸出,并在LED顯示器上顯示發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速數字信號,以PWM調制器放大混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)啟動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機產(chǎn)生的PWM波,將放大后的PWM波供給電力發(fā)動(dòng)機,再以分頻填充脈沖裝置測量混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速,通過(guò)Bang Bang-神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )PID算法計算出混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速誤差,達到實(shí)時(shí)控制混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速的效果;實(shí)驗仿真證明,所提設計方法保證了發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速的快速性和平穩性。

    Abstract:

    The engine is the heart of the hybrid electric vehicle power equipment. In order to ensure the fast and stable operation of hybrid electric vehicle, it is necessary to design the intelligent control system. When the current control system is used to control the engine speed of hybrid electric vehicle, the engine speed can not be detected quickly, so it is difficult to achieve the best results. Therefore, the design method of hybrid electric vehicle engine speed intelligent control system of soft switching Bang Bang is proposed based on PID neural network. Hybrid electric vehicle engine speed intelligent control system based on the Mcs 51 series 8751 microcontroller as the core digital signal detection system of hybrid electric vehicle engine speed, and control the output of D/A analog signal, digital signal and display the engine speed in the LED display, the PWM modulator amplifier to generate hybrid electric vehicle engine startup PWM wave, PWM wave power supply engine amplified by frequency pulse filling, measuring device of hybrid electric vehicle engine speed by Bang Bang neural network PID algorithm to calculate the hybrid electric vehicle engine speed error, to achieve the effect of real-time control of hybrid electric vehicle engine speed. The simulation results show that the proposed design method can ensure the engine speed and stability.
