    摘要:

    針對傳統制鞋業(yè)定制化程度低,無(wú)法適應足部多樣性、舒適性,造成鞋業(yè)資源的浪費,無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足當代顧客追求個(gè)性化的心里等問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于VR和Kinect的定制鞋設計方法。對個(gè)體足部特征進(jìn)行測量分析,利用三維建模以及VR技術(shù),實(shí)現個(gè)體鞋的定制設計。首先,使用Kinect3D攝像機進(jìn)行足部三維掃描,獲取足部深度信息數據并轉換成點(diǎn)云數據,利用kd-tree算法及貪婪投影三角化算法進(jìn)行足部點(diǎn)云的去噪處理和點(diǎn)云重構,在Meshlab軟件中測量數據并結合MAYA軟件完成三維鞋的建模。最后,結合Unity引擎,設計虛擬交互界面,實(shí)現紋理貼圖和更換,完成定制鞋系統。結果證明,該系統可以快速的進(jìn)行人機交互,實(shí)現鞋的三維定制,滿(mǎn)足顧客個(gè)性化的心理需求,會(huì )對鞋業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大的推進(jìn)作用。

    Abstract:

    There have been several problems existing in the traditional footwear industy,including the low level of customization,poor adaptation to the foot diversity and uncomfortablity,the wasting of footwear resources and the contemporary customer pursing personalized heart can not be satisfied and so on.Aiming at which,a design method of custom shoed based on VR and Kinect is proposed.Measuring and analysing the characteristics of the individual foot are needed,shoes for individuals are designed by using the technology of three-dimensional and VR.Firstly,the foot are scanned using the Kinect bipedal to gain the deepth information of foot and converted to point cloud data.And then,the kd-tree algorithm and greedy projection triangulation algorithm are used to denoise and reconstruct the cloud points,next the shoes modeling is complete in Meslab and MAYA after its date is measured.Finally,combining with the Unity engine,the virtual interactive interface is designed,achieving the process of texture mapping and replacement,following which the customization shoes system is completed.The results show that the system in this paper can have access to rapid human-computer interaction ,to achieve three-dimensional to meet the individual needs of customers,the development of footwear will have a great role in promoting.
